Dave's Story
After high school, I went to the University of Akron, where I received a degree in Music Performance. I moved to Las Vegas to perform and teach, where I lived for 20 years. I performed with many major stars and production shows. After connecting with Deborah Pickens at our 25th reunion in 1999, we got married! I perform regularly with several professional music groups, the Cleveland Jazz Orchestra, Cleveland Pops Orchestra, my own group, The Dave Banks Big Band and also many of the theatrical shows that come into Playhouse Square and EJ Thomas Hall. I also perform and travel occasionally with The Temptations. I enjoy being back in Cuyahoga Falls again, though I didn't miss the snow so much! Hope to see everyone at the 40th reunion!
