I have lived in 3 counties of the Treasure Valley since 1986, Elmore County, Canyon County, and Ada County. I believe that having lived in various communities in this beautiful valley has given me a deeper understanding and appreciation of the Real Estate Trends we experience here. This extra insight, combined with my vigilant analysis of the Real Estate Market has provided me with a wealth of knowledge about Boise and the Treasure Valley as a whole. Specializing in Honest Results in Real Estate, My Real Estate career has provided a variety of experience, including sales in new construction, Residential resale, Investment, Development, and Commercial properties. I serve as a Board of Director for Ada County Association of Realtors (2010-2012), and for the Idaho Association of Realtors (2012-2013). I also serve on committees like Professional Standards-Ethics and other various committees regarding Real Estate as needed throughout the year. My formal education includes a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics & Aviation Safety
Meet Dave......the Person
I moved to Idaho in 1986, although a transplant from So. Cal. I was lucky enough to have Idaho for my first tour of duty in the Air Force! And I am grateful that my 3 daughters were born and raised here in Idaho! I grew up in southern California in a place called Venice Beach. A couple of years after high school I joined the US Air Force for two reasons, to learn a trade and get an education. I served 9 years as an Aircraft mechanic, and went to school at night and received a BS in Professional Aeronautics & Aviation Safety. After serving my county, I moved my little family back to Idaho to work at Micron Technology (1995 to 2002) as a Product Marketing Manager for one of their mass produced memory devices. While at Micron, I used my GI bill to obtain a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). Working in the corporate world provided a wealth of experiences that I will cherish forever! These careers and experiences have provided me a well-rounded wealth of knowledge to use as a Realtor! I have 3 Wonderful Adult Daughters, a great Son-in-Law and 3 Incredible Grand Children!!!! I live in the North end of Down Town Boise between the Capital and the foothills and LOVE where I live!".
