After graduating high school I attempted to play football at Adams State College in Alamosa but that didn't work out so I went to work for Power Equipment Company near Mapleton. I worked for them for over 10 years eventually ending up as Branch Manager of the Craig, Co. operation.
After leaving Power Equipment I went to work for United Parcel Service in Steamboat Springs, Co. I started as a driver, became a supervisor, and finally a Manager. I managed several operations and transferred several times. After 20 years i left UPS. My final operation was in Grand Junction, Co. where I currently live.
I attended the Columbia School of Broadcasting in 1975 and graduated in 1977. I started my broadcasting career at KTLK radio station in Denver working with Dan Alexander, Ron Lee, Dennis Constantine and othe...Expand for more
rs trying to start a career in Radio. Unfortunately the pay wasn't very good and I set the radio gig on the shelf. After moving to Craig in 1979 I started working for KRAI radio station as a part time DJ eventually taking the 6-11pm shift while still working at Power Equipment Co. I wound up at KBCR radio in Steamboat Springs while working at UPS at the same time. My radio career included play by play for the Steamboat Springs High School for over 10 years and included TV broadcasts at KSTV.
I officiated high school football for over 15 years and high school wrestling also for over 15 years.
I am currently self employed as a Real Estate agent in Grand Junction.
Iv'e been married to Cindy for over 32 years and have two beautiful daughter's, 2 grand daughters and 1 grand son.
