Dave's Story
Life
Graduated from the University of Dayton in 1989 and started work as an Engineer for PPG Industries in West Virgina. Earned a pilot's license while there. Transfered to Barberton, OH and got married to my college girlfriend in 1993. (Didn't maintain my pilots lisence after moving to Ohio!) Had a beautiful daughter in 2001, transfered to Crestline, OH in 2002 and had another beautiful daughter in 2007!
Tinkered a bit in hot rodding / drag racing a 92 Camaro RS and 73 Nova SS in the late 90's. Still have the Nova.
Got involved in model railroading about 18 years ago and enjoyed trains so much I got trained and q...Expand for more
ualified as a locomotive brakeman and started volunteering in that role on the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railway outside Cleveland, OH. Still enjoy firearms and the shooting sports. Most recently started competing in Cowboy Action Shooting and looking to get involved in Cowboy Fast Draw competition also.
Mainly enjoy spending as much time as I can with my wife and daughters and family back home in Bethel. We enjoy heading back to the Burgh! Daughters like riding the trolley! My nephew is going to Bethel Park High School now and we took a walk around the school in early November before they tear it down in January 2012.
