Dave's Story
I find life to be interesting and unpredictable.
I was feeling restless in Mansfield, many years ago, when I got a call from a friend who I hadn't heard from in several years. This resulted in job opportunity and a move to the Nashville, Tn. area. Eleven years later, now with a wife and 3 kids, my wife felt drawn to move to the Carolinas (didn't know why or where). the Charlotte, NC area. We've been here since 1989, our baby is now 22, and we have 4 wonderful granddaughters. At around 50, my wife and I reviewed what we wanted to be doing. She was happy with her vocation but I wanted to leave a business career (probably more of a "job" than "career") to teach. So, I returned to school and am now teaching elementary school.
The more I know, the more I realize there is a lot I don't know.
