Life Recently, when talking with friends, I realized that I have all that i've ever wanted. Funny thing, I just never knew that this is what I wanted. I was lucky enough to turn a college bartending gig (Duquesne University) into a marketing career with TGI Friday. Eventually I was the assistant director of Marketing for TGI Friday's Front Row Sports Grill and Italianni's concepts. My job was beautiful. I took franchise investors to Disney World and made sure that the restaurnats were full and profitable. I left the company in '97 because I was tired of moving and became a beach bum. I even ran a Gap (talk about hell- but it was on the beach. Try selling down parkas to drunk spring breakers in Speedos). Then I got my Real Estate Brokers license and affiliated with a Luxury Boutique Brokerage that was soon purchased by Coldwell Banker. Then I joined a great company- -Keller Williams Realty. I started my own team and we have a great dynamic. It frees me up to be with the customers and do what I do best; bring buyers and sellers together. I was lucky enough to fall into a vein of the industry that deals with an affluent clientele but I honestly enjoy the $200,000 condo as well. My partner Ted Scouten and I live in Hollywood, Fl which is on the coast between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. While the traffic is impossible and the language barriers are often laughable, is is a wonderful place to live and it is hard to have a bad day with all of this sunshine!
