David's Story
drafted n the USMC March 1965.Reenlisted to the U S ARMY 1967.I spent 2 plus years n Viet Nam.Came out alive but Lost best friend some of u know Kenneth Wright,Jackie Terry was also lost over there.I was wounded 4 times,shot down 7 times.When I was released n 1974 moved to Lake Hamilton Ark. w/My first wife,n Sons.Worked as A cowboy on a ranch there for a couple years n moved back home. started Trucking company and have pretty much done that till last year when i simi- retired.I still drive PRN but not a lot n stay close to home. aughter.My wife is a x school teacher and now is a para-legal for a law firm.I still rebuild old cars,hunt,fish drag race,ride the crap out of 4 wheeler and dirt bike. my mother,Father,n all but me n one brother have passed on.That about hits the high spots.I did quit H.S. took my GED n went to Oklahoma Univ,Central Missouri State was only few hours from getting degree n Ok. when i was transfered back to RVN.started taking the classes at CMSU and they wanted me to start over said my last schooling was to far back.
