David's Story
Life
I have a beautiful wife named Mary, and two wonderful girls Summer and Dasia. I have two cats named Duncan and Ginny and I currently live in the Philadelphia Suburbs. My girls are currently 10 & 12 years old and the eldest is in 7th grade. That is scary because I remember 7th grade. I still keep in touch with Dustin Jones, Ray Killingsworth and Sheri Moye (White) and a few others. Still go to the old "hood" during the summer to visit friends and see how the old stomping grounds have changed.
School
Needless to say, if you remember me in High School, I had one goal in mind. Hit as many keg parties as I could and laugh out loud as much as possible. It was all about having a good time. School work was the stuff that got in the way. I have to say I still have some of that, but in a more...Expand for more
responsible sense. The funniest thing is explaining to people how long my hair was. Friends now just never stop laughing at my high school pictures. Pretty comical for me as well looking back. I miss those crazy careless nights with all of you. Whether it was the cemetery, Olans Hills, or just some poor soul that would let us invade their house, they were some of the best times i've had.
Workplace
After a long career in Insurance, I have recently changed careers. I currently work as a Federal Employee for Social Security Administration. I can finally say I love my job! Very few people can say that and mean it. I handle retirement claims for individuals over age 62. I enjoy talking to people on the phone and helping them with their retirement decisions. Very positive experience thus far.
