Life After graduating from Claremont, I attended college at UC Santa Barbara. UCSB was great. I was mostly there for a good time and I definitely accomplished that. I joined Phi Kappa Psi fraternity and was an active member for 4+ years. I was the IFC Rush Chair during my senior year and I graduated with a degree in Communications. After graduation I moved to Orange County to work for Enterprise Rent A Car. I lived down in Balboa a few blocks from the fun zone. I made a bunch of friends at ERAC and enjoyed the living at the beach for three years. I moved from Balboa to Costa Mesa with my girlfriend and future wife Kimberly. We met during our senior year at UCSB. We lived in the Vista Del Lago apartment complex close to the Costa Mesa Golf Course. I worked for ERAC for another year while Kimberly worked at the Four Seasons Hotel at Fashion Island. I left ERAC and began working for Sika Corporation and Kim began her career working for non-profits. Kimberly and I got married in 1997 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Costa Mesa. Our reception was at the Surf & Sand Hotel in Laguna Beach. We bought our first home in Orange in 1999.
