David's Story
My brief stay of 3 years in the USA ended before graduation - I have fond memories of my time at Falls Church.
Upon my return to Australia I completed High School and attended The Australian National University (ANU) where I obtained a Bachelor of Science (majors in Psychology & Computer Science). I then spent 5 years working for the government and private sector before returning to the academic halls of ANU as a staff member - where I have been ever since. I have held...Expand for more
various jobs on campus over the years and am currently (2008) working in the field of mental health research. I met my wife at university in 1981 and we have two (now grown) children.
Some things of note include: getting a pilots licence for light aircraft, State level representative fencing (as in with swords), and being a qualified dog obedience and agility instructor (I have 2 Cairn Terriers).
Late 2007 I was diagnosed with cancer, but seem to be recovering OK :)
