David's Story
After graduating from Hazelwood Sr. High and St. Louis County Tech I was a machinist tool and die maker for 2 years at Rauch Tool and Die. Got drafted into the Army in 1968 and did a short stint in Germany. I spent most of my time state side as a Sargent in the 24th Military Police. ETSd in 1970 and job hopped around until 19 71 when I became a police officer for the City of Hazelwood. After 32 years of police work I retired as a Lieutenant. I...Expand for more
then went to work for the Boeing Company in Security for another 5 years and was out sourced. Now I am totally retired, but keeping busy and enjoying life. I married a 1967 Hazelwood graduate, Pam Hartmann in 1974, to whom I am still married. God only knows why she has put up with me this long. We enjoy going to the show, fishing, golfing, dancing and getting together with family and friends. For the past 9 years we live in St. Peters, Mo.
