David's Story
Life
Married to Noelle since 1988, our Daughter was born in 91 and our son in 93. We live in Theresa and they go to the Lomira schools.
I work in Fond du Lac, managing Rolling Meadows Golf Course since 1996. My high school job washing dishes at Sunset Hills in Beaver Dam got me moved outside on the golf course for the summer and that started me in the golf business. I am never confused for the golf professional after people see my swing. I play to a respectable 15 handicap, but don't play that often. (maybe next year I will take lessons and practice!)
In my free time my volunteer activities have been, 6 years on the Catholic School Board in Lomira, 4 years assistant choaching boys basketball, 12...Expand for more
years on a trade group board of directors, 8 years and counting as business manager of a statewide golf industry publication and in January of 2008 I became editor.
I like to golf, but don't get out much. I also like to ride bike when the weather is decent for excercise and being outside.
I belong to the YMCA in Fond du Lac and try to get there at least 4 mornings a week September to April and when I can during the golf season.
If I had a day with no obligations I would go to the beach.
I cannot beleive how fast time goes, and that I am getting old! Of course we all are together but it shocks me to think I am over 40 and my kids are in high school. I have become my parents, old and boring. :)
