David's Story
Life
Married my High School sweet heart in 1986, Nancy Harris who went to Saguaro High. Moved to California so that my wife could attend Western University of Health Sciences, upon completion of her degree we moved back to Arizona where she did an Internship for a year. Life then took us to Michigan where my wife performed a 4 year Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. d a year stretch in Florida before settling in Michigan. We have a 16 year old daughter, twin 6 year old boy's, and a miniature Yorkie named Belle.
Workplace
Worked as a Paramedic in Arizona for many years, moved to Florida for a year, and hated it. Way too humid! Moved to Michigan, and I love it. I'm currently the Health Navigator for the Michigan Prisoner Re-Entry Initiative (MPRI). I spend alot of time in Michigan Department of Corrections (MDOC), helping to transition Felons from MDOC health care to community health care as they parole.
