David's Story
Hi! In February 1971, I joined the United States Navy. I retired on 1 March 2001 after 30 years of service. I went from the lowest enlisted ranks to a commissioned officer, a Lieutenant Commander (equal to a Major in the Army). I currently live in Haughton, Louisiana (just outside of Shreveport).
