PERSONAL STATEMENT
I was in the secular work force for 15 years as a mechanical engineer. In 1994, I felt the call to the ministry, and enrolled in the baptist seminary in Fort Worth Texas.
It has been a blessing to go back to school after all of these years. It was indeed a very enjoyable part of my life that I will always cherish. Many thanks go out to a very supportive family. Thanks guys!
Still, it seems like the best is yet to come. I truly enjoy the ministry and am very glad that God chose to call me. Leading mission trips to poor countries, reaching out to disadvantaged kids here, and helping hurting people are about as exciting a vocation as life can offer in my opinion!
Drop me an e-mail sometime and let's chat. I would love to catch up with where life has taken, and is taking, you!
College
I met the love of my life, Leigh Ann, at Clemson. Sure, the sheepskin came in handy, but nothing could compare to the the awesome blessing she would prove to be in the years that followed the college days.
Clemson, my blood will always run orange! Go Tigers! You not only allowed me to land some great salaries, and to tour the world at the expense of my employer, but you also made it possible for me to get my Master of Divinity degree years later. Talk about mining for gold!
Still, my greatest treasure discovered in your mines, would have to be when I found my best friend, and future wife. Thanks for the memories Clemson. And thanks for the parting gift!
