David's Story
Spent 9 years in the Navy after graduation. Was on last US combat ship to leave Vietnam territorial waters after the Saigon Evacuation. Got married in 1976 to a tourist I met while stationed in Hawaii - still married with one 29yo son. Went to work for Burroughs Computer Corporation and lived in San Antonio, TX for 52 weeks and 3 days. live. In 1986 I got struck by lightning and that darn near did me in. I view things in life differently since then. Priority is now on things that are important and lasting in life - not on what you don't have. I had a golfball sized tumor removed from my heart in 2006. Dr's can't figure out why it didn't kill me. We all have a purpose in life. I'm not sure what mine is yet but it obviously hasn't been completed...
