Life
Played TUBA 54-58. Liked school so well I stayed over.USN 58-61;Married 62 til now and forever.Son 26 yr.Air Traffic Controller,63-81;Sales Rep now. Motto then:"Where There's Life-There's Bud." now:"Put GOD IN the center and all things will be well." Give me a jingle, I'm looking to contact and renew old (really old now)friendships. I live in Plano,TX. Might be remembered as "PINKY", after my freshman initiation by:Bandrimer,Curry And Rafkin team.WE can all be proud of being Jackson Generals. Dave Gilbertson

Thought I could retire gracefully, but life always has another twist around ...Expand for more
the corner. Now, my son and I are in the pizza business which has been his dream
but he couldn't swing it due to finances. ( Does this story sound familiar?)
I am now in charge of operations. Operations is the job where you make sure everything is in place to do business. Operations involves cleaning,supplies,repairs and deliveries--one challenge after another.
I try to remember that each challenge is an opportunity to advance.
School
I don't miss school, I missed enough school when I was there.
I miss the band activities and all the good friends.
