David's Story
Life
I am currently working in Iraq...and hope to be here until early next year. I am engaged to a wonderful woman in San Diego, with plans to get married (barefoot on the beach) in Hawaii in June 2010.
College
Took the long route to and through college. After 6 yrs in Army Intelligence, I found myself at CSU Fresno. I finally graduated with a BS in Business Admin (Accounting) in 1995. I started my Masters in International Relations...but never finished. College was a blast...especially the group of guys living in the Bulldog Lane Apts (Scott Pickle and friends). I had to move out or risk never graduating...man did we have a good time! I knew I was in trouble when I spent more time watching re-runs of Magnum PI instead of going to Chemistry class for an entire semester.....
Military
I did 6 yrs in Army Intelligence right out of high school. Went to college...entered the workforce....was bored out of my skull as an accountant....then 9/11 happened. At 38 yrs old, I reenlisted in the Army as a Counterintelligence Agent. I recently got out and instruct at the Army's Counterintelligence School. I look forward to future positions with the US Government in my chosen field.

und the house or go toe the beach and watch the waves hoping to see a pod of dolphins.
I always wanted to be a pilot when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a cool idea. As it turns out, they were wrong because I get motion sickness!.
Peyton, my stepdaughter. She has awesome spirit!
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Zelda Dias, because that girl is crazy!.
Good food and wine! I love to go to the Napa Valley for wine tasting and to SF for bread and food.
If I could improve my home, I'd remodel the master bedroom and add on a walkin closet. My dream home would be in San Diego.
They are wondrous creatures that can bring out the best and worst in you. The key is trying not to show the worst.
If I won $100 million, I'd give most of it to my financial planner, then spend the rest on motorcycles, vacations and a sports car..
My current age is 44. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be very uncool. I was so completely right!.
My best friend would tell you I'm crazy, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as boring.
My first job was at the Army, where I got paid $551 per month to soldier. What I remember most about it is how great it was to not have a worry in the world..
