Life Here I am 67 years old, married for the 4th time, 6 children,12 grandchildren, and still don't know what I want to do when I grow up..Life has been pretty good. After graduation, I married, went to work in car dealership parts departments for about 10 years. From there I worked for a company selling automotive repair equipment. I then opened my own company called Valley Equipment Sales, and sold equipment for a couple more years before joining up with the Big O Tire people. My brother Roger and I opened the San Leandro Big O Store in 1978. After 2 years I bought out my brother and continued to run the store until 1986 at which time I sold the store and tried my hand at retirement(age 41). I purchased a Greyhound bus, converted it into a motorhome and left sunny California with my wife and 3 kids aged 6,8 &and 11, and toured the United States for a little over a year.
