Every morning when I wake up I feel in my mind like I am in my 20s and when My feet hit the floor I understand the magnitude of my delusion. But my heart overrules the delusion. Went to BU and thought I wanted to be a lawyer until I didn’t. Taught HS, but struggled to pay bills, became an Ironworker, thrived but hated it. son was born. Was a Chef/owner in Fredericksburg VA until 1994 and became a professor in Culinary Arts, wrote book on American regional cuisines. For last ten years taught at Gettysburg HS until last May. Retired and am starting a company creating Native American inspired foods and exporting them to China and will be working with all my sons. Wish I was 50 again.
