David's Story
Life
Hi. Most of my life , even as a child at Westport Heights Elem. school, I felt a calling in life to ask and introspect on deeper questions of life. Why? I guess my karma led me in that direction. Anyway, after attending both Long Beach State and SDSU until about 1974, I was still searching for my path in life and somehow joined a group of people whom I found to be the most genuine and they were the Krishna people. Maybe that sounds strange but I surely didn't plan it to happen like that, but I then remained a monk in this group until the mid- 90's and then have become an "outside member, working a transportation job in the Eastern mid-US and also pursuing marketing ...Expand for more
Herbal health-care products at the same time. Maybe this all seems either irrelevant, crazy or just plain boring to most of you but I really feel gratelful to the Lord that he has allowed me to find an environment in which I can pursue what I've always been looking for in my life, what some call self-realization. Anyway, I plan on moving to a beautiful farm in the West Virginia panhandle called New Vrindabana, and there build a log cabin, an herb cabin, and maybe get a small pony to ride from the property to the yoga resort which is just nearby.
