David's Story
After growing up on Long Island (Bayshore/Brentwood/DeerPark area), when I was 16 years of age, our family moved to a little town in upstate NY, called Canisteo...talk about culture shock! The next year, to Bath NY, a little bigger, but still kinda po-dunk. Moved to Utah and married my first wife, then back to Bath NY. Joined the Army in '81 and ended up in Central Texas. I'm still there! Divorced the ex in 1991. Married the Love of my life, in 1992. I began to learn what the Bible really teaches and in 1994, became one of Jehovah's Witnesses All the while, from about 12 years old and up, I've played guitar and sang. singin'. I'm officially in 3 bands; Pier Branch, a professional Texas country/rock band, The Renditions, a covers only band, and Good Grief, a classic rock all original band, that I and another player write all the songs for. I also do some solo artist recording (though I admit, that needs a little professional help). As many people who knew me remember, I'm also a 'car guy'. Took automotive in high school, started working at a gas station in N. Babylon NY. I'm still in the car business (gotta make a living, somehow).
Probably never gonna be famous, but I hope to live forever on this beautiful, that Jehovah God made specifically for us humans!
