Fitness has become an integral part of my life, I have taken on a paleo/primal style of eating and I have given up on alcohol since it has never brought anything good in to my life since our introduction. I am always trying to learn something new and when i find something I like to do I immerse myself in it. This can be confused with obsession but I merely like to educate myself on whatever it is I am doing. I am striving to become the strongest version of myself, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically.".
