David's Story
Joined the Air Force after High School. Went to tech school at Goodfellow AFB as an Intelligence Analyst, received my Top Secret Cryptographic clearance in August of 1960. Worked for the NSA, moved around on many classified projects throughout the world. Very active during the Cuban Missile Crisis. Got married the first time just after I was discharged, had three children. Divorced. Got married a second time and bought a home in North Dighton, MA. Worked in Providence, RI for a few years. Then was offered a job in Ohio, I moved, my wife didn't, that ended in divorce. Finally in 1985, I met the wonderful woman to whom I'm still happily married...Expand for more
to. We built a home here in Chardon, OH. We merged families, her three girls and one of mine. I'm still actively employed as the Vice President of Federal Hose Mfg. in Painesville, Ohio. The kids are all grown and producing grandchildren, 9 at last count!
Time to update, June 29th 2016, I am still working I'll retire in another year or two, haven't totally decided yet. This year I will celebrate my 30th Anniversary with my soulmate, Mary Ann. As my dad once said, David, you finally did it right.
Currently looking for retirement property, but as long as the winters are warmer than they are in NE Ohio, I'm not to fussy about where I may go.
