Bimmer, a German-Shepherd/wolf mix, named so because I brought him home in my BMW 750il (the only time he will ever ride in it!) and he shares quite a few characteristics with it; sleek, beautiful, quick, handles beautifully (in the right hands), but can be a real SOB when someone needs to be put in their place.
Gomez is a large striped tomcat who evaporates when people are in the house, but plays with Bimmer, eats with O'Riley (my blind from birth Australian Sh...Expand for more
epherd) and chases anything else on four legs.
O'Riley was a rescue from the pound at 3 months old. No one wanted him because he was born blind, but he had already learned to follow voices and finger snapping. I named him O'Riley because he uses radar to find his way around. He likes to go hiking on trails and runs like a locomotive in the back yard. He's actually a very effective watch(?) dog. But above all, he's a well-loved companion and friend, just like the others.
