David's Story
Hi Everybody,
I haven't been on Classmates.com in a while but I have an update. I recently finished an artistic project I've been working on for many years. It is a book for early teens and older but I think any age group could enjoy it.
LORATHA MONTAGE is the title. It is a fantasy about an eleven year old boy and his grandfather stepping through a forest into another world. In some ways it is a quiet story about large problems. If you get a chance to take a look I hope you get some enjoyment from it.
My two daughters, who are both in college now and much older than they appear in my profile photo, let me use some of their artwork for the cover and title page, my favorite parts of the book.
If you'd like to take a look it is available on AMAZON as a book download, for Kindle, PC, or Macintosh. I had always hoped to have something in physical print that people could hold in their hands. But it is a changing world and this is as close as I've come.....

Written much earlier:
I'm still living in the suburbs of Philadelphia, but now with my wife and two teenage daughters. I keep my guitar in my living room and play it every now and then just to relax, but besides that I'm not making music to much anymore. I work with computers but like to forget about them when I get home.
I like to read and write short stories a lot, and would love to write some juvenile fiction someday.
I never made it to any of the high school reunions but I think of my friends from back then often. I wish you all the best.
My favorite times are when I'm at home with my wife and kids , all doing whatever we're doing, and taking some time to just sit around and laugh, or talk. Or if I write or play something that expresses some real feeling.
