Selected Achievements Developed and executed a strategic plan that resulted in systemic and innovative change while simultaneously leading the merger of two Navy Regions with no increase in staff or funding. Successfully drove team efforts to correctly identify core programs and strip away cost drivers that had no relationship to mission accomplishment. Results were an 18 % cost reduction of an $800M budget in less than two years while improving essential services. Commanded the only Navy Region (out of eleven world-wide) to return funding for re-allocation during FY10.
