David's Story
I attended 1.5 years at West High School. .I moved and attended high school in Oklahoma, coming back for my senior year to Anchorage. I attended half a year transferred and graduated from East. Though I consider West my true high school. I attended Central middle school with many of the peeps that graduated from West in 1982 class. in 7th and 8th grade. I kept going to school off and on. I finished a doctorate a few years ago. I spent 15 years of my life teaching/coaching high school.
Since graduating i have led a very adventures life. I have 3 children. Raised 2 and my last one is 17. I have never been married. I was in 14 countries one year. I spent 15 years giving back in Alaska teaching and...Expand for more
coaching high school in some of the most extreme villages in the world. I feel like I am a gypsy but Alaska is closest to home. As a military brat i never really stopped moving around. Right now I landed in California but who knows where I will be tomorrow. Lol
I feel very lucky and blessed. I live in LA and spend time in my cabin in Oregon. I am a published author. I am working on a few writing projects. I lived in Bend Oregon for 5 years running a business..
When I was a freshman at West I was 3’11” tall. I was under 4 feet tall. I did grow a little after… I am 5’8” tall and 150 lbs. Looking back to those days,… man the second shortest kid was inches taller than me.. lol some might remember..
