David's Story
Life
I recently visited China with a group of social workers. I particularly enjoyed a visit with a family in the ancient part of the city of Beijing. Our social work group had an opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with Chinese social workers, psychologists and physicians. y and the Colluseum, and perhaps drive along the coast and see at least one archaeological dig.
School
I think that many of us could just forget high school and move on with life. I believe in making the most out of life and learning from the various places we've been in the past. I keep thinking that all of life is a journey, and as such we shall move on...
Workplace
I own a small psychotherapy practice in Louisville and Shelbyville, KY. I see adults, children and adolescents. While half of my clients are seen as individuals, I also see couples and families and small groups. There are 6 other therapists that work in the practice as well. We treat people holistically, attending to the mind body and spirit of everyone who comes to us for treatment. I am certified in EEG biofeedback, and specialize in trauma recovery, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder, as well as depression and anxiety issues.
