David's Story
Hi, everyone! I finally decided to join Classmates.com and share a few things about myself and what I've been doing since high school. I have worked for the same company for over 20 years. I started out in the field as a job site superintendant, and I am now a project manager for a local commercial general contractor. My 2 kids are now 26 and 24 and they are out on their own. I have 1 granddaughter, who was 8 in June. I met my 2nd wife at a bar on the West-side of Indy. We have been married for just over 2 years, but together for 14 and 1/2. 5 grandkids. We like to ride our Harley every chance we get. My third Harley is a 2007 Ultra Classic Electra Glide. Over Labor Day weekend, we rode the Dragon's Tail, (Deals Gap), in North Carolina, and on our way back home, we rode through the Smoky Mountains. It was 1,100 miles in 2 days! I ran for, and won, a seat on the Lawrence City Council in November of last year, making me a City Councilman (District-4), for the city of Lawrence.
