David's Story
Life
My life has been diversified with working for
a variety of excellent companies, including
Merck, Inc. and Phelps Dodge Copper, as well
Tetley Tea and Plessey Dynamics in their heydey.
I studied business and accounting in school
obtaining an MBA from FDU in Madison and an MS
in computer information systems from Kean.
I spent time in Nj and other parts of the country
including the midwest and California. I covered about
25 states in my lifetime so far. My hobby
of weather brought me to Penn State University
for meteorology courses and I maintain a
popular weather website "dave's weather world"
as well as selling accuweather
products and penning my own weather books on storms.
A bicycle enthusiast, I have 6 bicycles and
rode down the Massachusetts coast frequently,
for sightseeing.

s of the past and the old school
days, but these days I teach in school and my
second lifetime career brings back old memories
of bygone days.
School
Biggest crush in school? A few in college as well
as high school, including a few teachers..LOL
I would rather keep names out...
I think best teacher in my heydey in high school
was Mr. Williamson, who was a true and dedicated
professional and well versed in his subject matter.
George Gilcrest and Tom Turney were also in the
top 3. They tried new things, Turney documented
a book on peer pressure and they made school a
concentrated learning experience.
Funniest and craziest memories in school were
the CB craze of the 70s which had many people
linked together like today's cell phones and
internet, also memories in HS gym of that now
banned game "dodge ball"...
