USCG (1968-1972) First Coast Guard District, Boston MA, Information Technology. Key projects were to automate Buoy Maintenance and Ship Logistics for maintaining all Aids to Navigation. Search and Rescue to tack all cases and resolutions. GPS for Merchant Marine tracking in the Atlanta Ocean. EPROM is currently used for advanced waypoint tracking of commercial and person crafts.
