David's Story
I am the Director of Maintenance, Operations and Facilities for the San Rafael City Schools. This keeps me very busy but from time to time I consult on construction, troubleshooting, and large public art installations. You can see one piece I put up in Santa Rosa, a 70 foot tall Obelisk made from bicycle parts. Mark Grieve and Ilana Spetor are the artists who come up with these wonderful ideas.
My big expense on fun is a motorcycle for land speed racing at Bonneville. I am looking forward to runs in excess of 200 MPH and possibly closer to 250 MPH, all depends upon how well the lower end of the 35 year old motor holds up.
I hold General, Electrical and Asbestos licenses for construction as well as crane operators, welding and refrigeration certifications and licenses. Life has been really good and always busy.

ties. You can look at what I was doing by searching Google for Dave Pedroli, somehow everything got switched to Dave and not David. Oh well, I also went by Superdave out there and while working on the waterfront. Yea, everyone on the playa as well as the water seems to go by another name, keeps things interesting. I resigned from Burning Man at the end of 2007 and moved back to San Rafael. In 2009 I sold the San Rafael house and haven't looked back. I'm not sure where I'll settle down next but for the time being I spend my time between Nevada and Oakland....and Utah during August, September and October...
(end of public service announcement)
Yes, I'm on Facebook as well...
I'll get something up on my website again sometime. It's pretty easy to find beings it's my last name with a com extension. I'd list it but I figure somehow spam would make it's way through the mess...
