David's Story
after high school I went to and graduated from Jonson & Wales Univ in Providence RI, liked RI so much I stayed and worked there for a year or two then off to Boston, which was great. I got offered a job back in CT, money was good so i took it. Ended up staying. Worked for a great company, and opened up 3 restaurants for them until i decided it was time to do my own thing in 1997. opened my fifth restaurant, kinda wish I stuck to one but what the hell. Met and married my wife Michele in 1990 we have two great kids together, David 8 and Joseph 6. We now live in Trumbull, I coach little league, she is room mom to the kids classes, pretty normal for a restaurant guy, but I would not have it any other way. The only regret is not having kids sooner, they really change your perspective.
