David's Story
I'm living in Hillsboro, it's a town the size of Medford just outside of Portland. Still working at Home Depot, been there 13 years now. I've been a flooring specialist for a couple of years now. I still read alot, but not nearly as much as in school. I went to the U of O for just over two years until my dad cut me off, them moved to Redding CA for a year. Been up here ever since. I came out of the closet many years ago, been much happier with myself ever since. I avoid going back to Medford as much as possible, but it gets harder every year to ignore my familial obligations. I bought my first horse! He's a 5 year old Morab named Diamond. He was under 14.2 hh when I got him, right now he's about 14.3 hh. Been working with hiim alot, he was used to getting his own way with the previous owners, took awhile to let him know that I'm in charge now. Got him in a barn about 30min from me, long drive, but it's a great barn. It's just me and a couple of members of my best freind's family, so don't have to worry about them stealing my stuff, or messing with my horse.
