Life After graduating from Culinary school 1n 1989(CIA in N.Y.) I took a job with LucasFilm as chef. I then became an instructor at CCA in S.F. and taught nutrition and food science. I became Steven Jobs private chef and became a certified fitness trainer. I now...Expand for more
help people eat healthy as a way of life. My main focus is peole who are suffering with cancer and having to go through chemo and radiation. My mother is a cancer survivor and I have learned so much that I would like to share this amazing info of health and food!
