David's Story
I am very fond of my MHS years. My girlfriend (Hi Karen!) was a year older so I went to both the 1974 and 1975 graduation dinners. Getting called into Richard Cantons office on a regular basis based on my Presidency of Omega Eta Phi, (ahh, those black and gold jackets were everywhere) because a member did something they didn't like (or me for that matter, lol). kwy. I spent a year in a full leg cast but I very much enjoyed the visitors when I was in the hospital (Nassau County Med Center which I would not recommend to anyone), especially Kathy, a very kind co-student. I still think of her and hope things went well in her life. I would up initially as a mechanic for Rolls Royce, Oldsmobile, American Motors and Jeep until boredom got the best of me. At 23 I reached the pinnacle of my Union career so I switched gears and became a Private Investigator and have never looked back. I am still pursuing that career in 2024! A long time but I developed a specialty and I have been serving the same clients and word of mouth referrals for 40 years. I have been on TV a dozen times, on talk show radio programs 35 times and am featured in numerous newspapers and magazines as wel as published books.
