At the age of sixteen, Scartlett Antonia & David-Michael created a touring troupe of high school age singers, dancers, and actors; they named their troupe "Young Performers",touring the Colorado Springs and Denver region for two years. During this time, David-Michael was also in residence with Music Theater of the Rockies (MTR) under the direction of Hal Hundley at the Pikes Peak Center in Colorado Springs.
