David's Story
Life
I was born in Los Angeles and lived in two places also Tucson and Phoenix until eight years old. Then my family moved to Bellevue, WN. I played in the woods, went to school, and swam in Lake WN. I learned how to ski on the lake and snow ski at Snoqualamie Pass ski resort. In seventh grade I got the sixth highest score on the science final and only the top five went to the worlds fair in Seattle(62). There was a cancellation and I qualified and loved it. My best friend was Doug Scott. My first kiss was with Sally Funk. That was the day John Trempter and I met her on chance in the woods at the old short cut.
I was the centerfielder on the little league team Beavers and we won State and Northwest regionals. We were beaten by a California team. After eighth grade my family moved to Atherton, CA. I went to Menlo-Atherton high school. My favorite teacher was Lee Clements(drama and Adv/Eng) I played Sax in the band acted in all the plays, went skiing when I could. e Zadig were my good friends. My junior year I went to three junior proms and two senior balls. In my senior year I got a little more focused on Ann Fluckiger. After a couple years of college we broke up. I was strong in the Menlo park Presbyterian youth program and in college made some adjustments and became a member of the church of Jesus Christ of latter-day-saints. I went on a mission to Ontario Canada. I went to Utah to school. I got married, had four children. After twelve years in that marriage I recieved divorce papers and shortly it became necessary for me to move. I went to LA. Been here ever since, but I have moved a lot. I have never lived at one address for more than five years. A unique note on my life is that I met my true companion on the internet. Rebecca and I were married last year. It is Feb. 2005 now. I still like acting and poetry. I am a very good carpenter and can solve any challenge a house can put in front of me. I particularly like older houses.
