About to retire from Jacobs Engineering, construction division, where I have enjoyed working and traveling throughout these United States, along with other areas of the world, including China where I took the opportunity to walk on the Great Wall, visit the Forbidden City, and partake in other tourist-type activities, while working with the Chinese. My last Jacobs' assignment (so far) was in Las Vegas, Nv., building an expansion to a Gypsum mining and wallboard mfg. facility. That was my third assignment at that same facility over a nine year span. My wife (Marilyn) and I got to know Vegas really well over those periods. (Too Well!) Update: took another short assignment...Mississippi this time. We are having a house built in Ocala, and sometime within '08 expect to relocate from Lutz. Really enjoyed the 50th class reunion...good seeing many of you; missed seeing others. UPDATE: 8/27/11- Retired almost three years (this coming Jan.); playing a little golf, watching alot of TV; writing a book...Expand for more
