David's Story
Class of 1959; Graduated from Electronic school in Allentown now called Lincoln Tech; With the draft looming in my future, I joined the United States Air Force for 6 years as an Air Traffic Control Radar Technician (1961-1967); Western Electric for over 35 years retiring in 2001; School bus driver since 2001, currently driving for Fleetwood Area School District. epartment and is now a Muhlenberg Twp. policeman. Adopted three boys. One went to US Navy Office Candidate School and became an Electronic Counter Measures Officer flying in the EA-6B Grumman jamming aircraft. Another was a seaman in the US Navy and now is a Leak Detection Specialist whose job allows him to swim in various pools detecting and repairing those leaking substantial amounts of water. Lastly, one is a staff member at Kutztown University. Assistant Dean of New Students and Services. Four grandchildren.
