David's Story
Life
After graduation I spent 4 great years at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. I completed my BS degree in chemical engineering in May of 1999, and accepted an engineering position with the Air Pollution Division of the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality in July of '99.

In December of 2001, we had our first child, our son Samuel. Our second child, Lucy, was born in December of 2005. Both of our kids attend Children's House Montessori school in Little Rock's Hillcrest neighborhood. Sam is starting the first grade this fall, and Lucy is in preschool.
Today we own a home in rural Saline County. I'm employed as a Senior Engineer specializing in air pollution issues for GBMc & Associates in Bryant, and she's working as a copy editor for the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette.
