David's Story
After High School, I began to study Theology and attended Bible College. After my completion, I was licensed as a minister at the age of 18. I then was ordained at the age of 24. I traveled across the States conducting speaking engagements at various churches.
On November 2000, I founded World Harvest Int'l Church in Delano. The church is a vibrant, exciting and thriving church in our community. The ministry has impacted the lives of hundreds of people.
I've had the occasion of hosting some interesting people such as legendary actress Jane Russell. She came and spoke at our church back in 2003. She had an inspirational story of how she converted to Christiaity. I've also had Willie Lewis, former vocalist for "The Platters." Willie replaced one of the original Platters and sang the lead to "Only You," "The Great Pretender," "Tw...Expand for more
ilight Time," "Smoke Gets In Your Eyes" and more. Willie currently Pastors a church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I spoke at his church in 2008 as a guest minister. We also hosted Little Willie G formerly with "Thee Midniters." There are a host of other notorious individuals I've gotten to meet as a Pastor. It's a small world full of good people.
I love my life and enjoy the wonderful people God has placed in my life. My only sister Chritina, passed away in 2005. This was very difficult to deal with, but I'm thankful to God for the thoughts, love and prayers of people from all over the world who knew of our tragedy.
