David's Story
Becoming a grandparent was the biggest surprise on how absolutely FUN it is! Our oldest daughter and son-in-law had our first granddaughter on April 1st, 2006. No fooling. They say you can spoil them and send them home. I find that she spoils me and then they want to take her home¿ way to soon. Now, they're pregnant with their second.
Yana and I were married on 7/8/78 and celebrated our 30th anniversary this last summer. Our first three, Erin, Josh and Caleb are all adults now and out on their own. We have twin girls, Esther and Ciera still living at home and in 6th grade (as of this writing 11/24/2008).
We are loving life and considering a move to Colorado at some point since Aaron & Erin are moving to Vail, Colorado. I'm in a career transitio...Expand for more
n right now and looking here and looking there (and looking everywhere) for my next career move. Lots of excellent possibilities are out there.
I'm in I.T. Project Management and/or programming. I enjoy working with people and making things happen. After my next career move, I'm planning on becoming PMP certified, since I haven't yet taken that step. Besides other professional development, I'm also thinking of restarting my flying lessons for my pilot license. Break free of gravity more often. Yeah!
Some of my fondest memories from S.M. North High School are... all of them. I loved every minute, wish I had done more while I was there, enjoyed every friend and I love each time we've had to catch up at our reunions. Looking forward to the next one.
