Life
Hi, We have moved again and are now in Dayton Washington. See my page on Facebook under Dawn Holcomb Meicher. Sold the SE Colorado farm of 18 years as the cities up by Denver were paying good money for the irrigation water. So we got out, sold off everything and moved on to where water falls from the sky! Spent 3 years across the Puget Sound from Seattle while I got my masters/Nurse Practitioner in 2006. I had been an Intensive Care RN for 14 years and that took it's toll physically and mentally. I then got a job in Walla Walla for almost two years, but was able to get a job closer to home March 2008. ke call at our local ER 1 to 2 nights/week. It's a tiny little hospital and sometimes I get to sleep all night.
I am married to the same sweet guy now for almost 28 years!! No kids and just dogs and cats now that all the livestock is gone.
We love to play with our old classic vehicles, we like to go on cruises and to shows. We have 3 Chevy trucks and are restoring a 1910 Craftsman house. We have a small mtn range just 30 mintues away and we snowmobile most weekends all winter. Wayne keeps really busy with all that and takes good care of me while I take care of my community's health.
