She has studied massage therapy and yoga in the US and worldwide.

• Thai Massage and Reiki
• Yoga Alliance Certificates (200 hours) and (500 hours)
• Certified Vegan Chef doing vegan cooking classes and personal chef services
• Regular guest lecturer for Georgia Court College's Holistic Practioner program
