Dawn's Story
I have two handsome nephews and a sister-in-law (brother's ex) that I keep in close contact with.
My two cats keep me well under their paws.
They came to me as a pair in need of a non-allergic human. Their prior human loved them very much, but could not keep them.
Tullie (named for Tallulah Bankhead) is a big beautiful girl. She is a bit chunky with a round face (just like her owner!) but has delicate little paws so she always looks like she's tip-toeing. She has expressive green eyes, and a dense mink-like coat that looks like sunlight-dappled blue.
Valentino (no guess-work there!) is aptly named. He's a part-main-coon lover-boy that always wants to be where hands can pet him. He loves having his belly rubbed and will sprawl out and roll over at a moments notice. If there's no...Expand for more
t room to sprawl, he'll curl up next to you and practically stand on his head to roll belly-side out and get his tummy time.
Downside, when he's happy he drools. Copiously.
He has mackerel-tabby coloring with a white bib and belly, and he has a soft double coat that is a fur factory! -though it rarely tangles. He has ear and paw tufts, cheek tufts, a thick throat ruff and full 'pantaloons'. He also has the great big paws of a Maine, but overall he's not as big.
Both Kitty-kids are facinated by the fish, and will sit and watch them for hours.
Valentino still hasn't figured out that he can't get at them through the glass, and will swat at them if they dart around.
I have three Serpae Tetras, a Flying fox, and three little Otocats... and more gold snails than I care to think about.
