Dawna's Story
Life
I left Oroville in 1976, however, I return at least twice a year to visit family. I became an Air Traffic controller where I have worked in several locations across the country as I moved up the career ladder. I married in 1984 to a man I met in the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). We divorced several years later.
I have one child, a daughter born 3/95 (just before our last high School reunio...Expand for more

I currently reside in Long Beach, CA after moving here from Wash DC. to accept a position as heading the FAA's Air Traffi Control Division for the Western US and Pacific islands, including America Samoa.
UPDATE: In April 2007, I retired from the FAA, Air Traffic Control, with 31 years of government service. I moved back to Oroville, CA, to help out with my mom. Retired life, I'm still adjusting to.
