Dayle Hale:  

I attended Kellogg Grade School and then went on to Franklin High. (graduating class 1961) My closest friends were Carol McCray, Lois Stout and Dianne Zellner, whom I miss very much. I had tons of fun with the Kle-Koe girls and will never forget hell-night with Gulick!! Immediately after graduation, I was employed by Bess Kaiser Hospital in the medical records dept. I later transferred to reception and appointment center at the Interstate Clinic. My interest in the medical field pushed me to become a Medical Asst. for Dr. Donald Fortlage, a pediatrician in the Milwaukie area where I have worked for over 25 yrs.(currently part-time) I married Leland Hale in 1965. We lived in the Milwaukie/Oak Grove area for 30 yrs. and during the late 80's we bred and showed Shar-Pei puppies. We really enjoyed it, but it can become a very expensive hobby.
