~Life~
Happily married for 12 years to my best friend, only took 10 years to get us together, second marriage for both of us. Don't think anyone else could handle my marvelous disposition, quick (sarcastic) wit and ever present need to over commit myself to family and friends!!!
Can't believe my only child is married and I could one day be a 'Grandma' Oh My.... I know it will be wonderful, just not ready to admit I am that old yet!
My husband is amazed at how small Henderson still is even at 260,000 people. But when you move here in the late 60's and stay, you get to know a few people.

orking in the construction side of business here in Henderson. Love it! Should have been an architect! Thinking about growing up and going to school for residential design. Need to finish working my day job and the retirement thing, then I'll play student again and do something else for fun!
~Travel / Vacations~
Mostly camping in the SW, few trips to Arkansas where the in-laws retired to in '95. My brother Jim and family are in the NW with his career in the Navy. Currently stationed on Whidbey Island. We visited his family in Everett WA but haven't been back up since the last move. We are hoping to make it there this summer and get out of wonderful heat of So.Nevada...
